In the entire 2 days, we didn't talk about funnels, a single time.
Instead, we focused on what I believe is the most important aspect as you scale past 7-figures and then 8-figures...
Vision and Mindset
One of the most important things I discussed? It's this...
In my 21 Laws of Scale guide, I talk about what motivates you as an Entrepreneur and how there are 6 levels of motivation.
Simply... what motivates you at first (security) won't motivate you once you have that security and if you don't move how you're motivated... the ability to actually do what you want to do... won't occur.
In spending time with the Entrepreneurs that I did a few weeks ago, I knew that this was the most important thing...
To help them see their vision and upgrade what drove their inner compass while helping them upgrade their mindset to the next level.
